Provide services for clients in the financial, health science and other sectors. Recently brought in as a consultant for Sun Dental Labs, a dental device company, to help prepare for Initial Public Offering. (Documents submitted to the SEC, September, 2015.) Provided support and development services directly to the CEO for all strategic and business communications, including Company positioning and messaging to investors, to customers and to the public at large.

  • Partnered with legal counsel and investment bankers to craft the IPO and related materials to meet SEC requirements and to appeal to an angel investor community primarily interested in technology companies..
  • Set the stage for a successful JOBS ACT A+ fundraise by identifying crowdfunding opportunities and creating presentation, narrative and summary material for funding websites such as Crowdfunder, EquityNet, Fundable and AngelList.
  • Produced a high impact / high production value corporate video to function as the centerpiece of the investor presentation, enhancing leadership’s ability to sell their story effectively and build investor trust.
  • Spearheaded the development and launch of new corporate website and social media strategy to generate investor interest, increase followers, engage current customers and drive revenue and growth prior to, and during the fundraising period.
  • Created overall strategic messaging strategy and talking points to differentiate from traditional dental labs, positioning Sun Dental Labs as a digital dental technology company and global leader in their field.

  • Within 90 days, achieved 90% awareness level of the Bright House Networks name and brand after spin-off from Time Warner Cable.
